This artist is  from Japan, she has been singing since a little girl. the young lady took a tour to several countries just exploring with her friend, when Samia got to Mexico she met Mourice and he encouraged her to do a cover song for him called "Like Old Friends Do" he wanted her to translate it and sing in Japanese. 

Samia thought that Mourice was joking and then he turned around, looked at her and said be here tomorrow morning ready to record the song in Japanese no joke.  The song was recorded the following day and then mixed after. Samia to the world.
